Automated Conveyor System for CNC Machines
REXIO® FEED was designed for the automated loading of CNC machines with complex-shape workpieces of any size.
Long conveyors used as a buffer enable automated loading of workpieces for several hours without need for supervision.
Thanks to its overall dimensions this system can handle large and complex-shape workpieces and a camera installed over the conveyor allows for them to be picked up by the robot without complicated positioning systems.
REXIO® FEED serves up to three machines simultaneously and can be equipped with an optional workpiece blow-off, dipping or deburring station.
