Automated Conveyor System for CNC Machines
REXIO® FEED was designed for the automated loading of CNC machines with workpieces of complex shapes and different sizes.
Long conveyors used as a buffer allow many workpieces to be prepared for automated loading, reducing the need for operator involvement during ongoing production.
Thanks to its dimensions, the system can handle large and complex-shaped workpieces, while a camera installed above the conveyor supports the robot in picking them up without the need for additional positioning systems.
REXIO® FEED serves up to three machines simultaneously and can be equipped with an optional workpiece blow-off, dipping or deburring station.
