REPLACEABLE OVERLAYS AVAILABLE
RAMP
Ramp overlay used for round „roller” workpieces of different diameters without the need for a changeover. Thanks to the applied slope, the workpieces slide into the corner which makes their reference positioning easier. Mainly used to operate lathes.
EURO-PALLET
EURO-PALLET overlay used for atypical workpieces in terms of shape or size. Allows quick changeovers to swap an entire pallet. Used to operate lathes and milling machines.
RASTER*
Raster* overlay used for „cube” workpieces. Thanks to the changeable positioning pins, cubes of different sizes can be used. Mainly used to operate milling machines.
STOCKER
Stocker overlay for flat round workpieces. Extendable positioning pins allow you to put on a workpiece with a diameter of max. 150 mm. The total load capacity of the overlay is 300kg. Mainly used to operate lathes.
