Compact Robotic CNC Machine Loading System
REXIO® MINI is a compact system ideally suited for short production runs.
The ease and speed of retooling the device is its main advantage.
No need for anchoring and a lightweight construction are what REXIO® MINI is appreciated for, allowing the device to be transferred from one machine to another in matter of minutes.
Despite its light weight, the robot has a payload capacity of up to 7 kg.
REXIO® MINI can be used for both lathe and milling machines.

REXIO® MINI FEATURES
REPLACEABLE OVERLAYS AVAILABLE
RAMP
Ramp overlay used for round “roller” workpieces of different diameters without the need for a changeover. Thanks to the applied slope, the workpieces slide into the corner which makes their reference positioning easier. Mainly used to operate lathes.
EURO-PALLET
Euro-pallet overlay used for atypical workpieces in terms of shape or size. Allows quick changeovers to swap an entire pallet. Used to operate lathes and milling machines.
RASTER
Raster overlay used for “cube” workpieces. Thanks to the changeable positioning pins, cubes of different sizes can be used. Mainly used to operate milling machines.
STOCKER
Stocker overlay for flat round workpieces. Extendable positioning pins allow you to put on a workpiece with a diameter of max. 150 mm. The total load capacity of the overlay is 300kg. Mainly used to operate lathes.
