The REXIO® MINI VICE is an innovative solution developed specifically for modern tool production. It can be used as a standalone device or in combination with the proposed 5-axis machine (4+1), forming a coherent and highly efficient machining system. Its compact design allows for maximum utilization of the workspace while guaranteeing the highest stability and repeatability during clamping.

The concept is based on fixing workpieces in vises, which are then placed directly into the machine tool for the machining process. This solution shortens setup time and increases clamping repeatability. A wide variety of workpieces can be clamped in the vises, and thanks to full integration, the system automatically adapts the machine’s machining program. This enables the efficient use of the entire setup to machine multiple components simultaneously without manual program changes by the operator.

Additionally, using the vises and the machine’s zero-point system eliminates the need to readjust robot loading positions, which significantly simplifies and accelerates the entire process. Thanks to all these advantages, the REXIO® MINI VICE is ideal for both single-piece and small-batch production, where speed and flexibility are crucial.
